Begins with setting up a free 30 minute consultation/evaluation.  In the consultation we will talk about training goals, fitness, your training experience, and what type of training/diet plan we can implement. 

Training hours
We have just opened up a location at 2403 North 10th street in McAllen on the corner of La Vista and 10th, inside of La Vista Square. Our training hours are on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5:30am - 7:00am and 5:00pm -7:30pm. Saturdays 10am - 12pm.

Training policy
Payments must be made at the beginning of each month.  All clients must sign a liability waiver form and in certain instances provide a doctors release form before they begin training.

Training method
We use the periodization training method. In simple terms clients progress through training cycles usually four to six weeks long. At the end of each training cycle the client is reassessed/evaluated and based on results a new training cycle is put into place. We use proven, scientific, educated based training methodology on our clients based upon constant assessment and professional application. All of our trainers are certified trainers with college degrees and experience. We offer a team of professionals ready to give a 100% to help you obtain/maintain your fitness goals.
